Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my order?


-Please shoot us an email immediately if you have decided to cancel your order and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can. -Most items get directly shipped from our warehouse so if the order has already shipped, we ask you wait to receive your item and then submit a return.




What's your return policy?


We have a 30 day return policy from the date it was received. -Shoot us an email (TJAGTech@Gmail.com) to let us know that you need to return an item. -Wait for a return authorixation number. Then simply box your items in the original packaging AND in the original condition in which you received the product. -Your account will be refunded, no problem :) -Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.




How long does shipping take?


-We offer priority mail on smaller items 5-7 business days and FedEx home service on larger items 2-5 business days. -Items can be expedited for an additional fee. -All shipping deadlines are subject to change based US Carriers capabilities during bad weather and holidays.




Do you offer international shipping?


Not at this time. If you have any family members or friends in the USA, we are more than willing to ship your item to them so it can be forwarded to you.




How do I register my warranty?


Simple, under the FAQS tab you will see a button called "Warranty". Click that button, fill out the warranty form and we will send you a confirmation once your product is registered :)
